marketing campaign which would best feature any new development.
This would include full colour brochures
which would have a specification of fittings, coloured imaging
(three dimensional if possible) and floor-plans to convey
to a potential buyer in as real a term as possible, what
they could be buying even if the new home is at the earliest
of stages of construction.
Equally, where buyers are concerned we are
able guide them through the various processes that are under
went when buying a new home from assisting them in choosing
their wall tiles to agreeing dates for moving into their
new homes.
