Quarterly Farnborough Property Market Review Q1 - 2017

Posted Apr 24th 2017 by Andrew Warren

Well what a first quarter it has been..

The market started sluggishly, which was different to recent New Year starts, but by mid-January we were all in the office extremely busy, in fact I struggle to think back to another trading period in my 31 years of being with Rowan Webster, where we have been so busy.

This activity was not only with properties coming onto the market but also with a high volume of sales. The result of which has seen prices rising, which is obviously pleasing news to homeowners and less good news for those wanting to get onto the property ladder.

As the coming days become brighter and warmer my prediction is that I can see the market remaining active with prices continuing to rise.

Look out for our next review of the trading year at the end of June.
Bye for now..
